Nina O’Neal is a Partner & Investment Advisor with AIM Advisors. She has been featured in multiple industry publications as a sought out national thought leader and commentator on industry topics and trends. Named one of the InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 Financial Professionals, Nina also serves as a participant for the annual InvestmentNews Think Tank, “Future of the Financial Services Industry.”  She can be found on Seasons 4 & 5 of “Practice Makeover,” an InvestmentNews video series. Nina frequently serves as a panelist and participant in think tank meetings and industry conferences. She has been a contributor on practice management and industry topics for Financial Planning Magazine. Nina is the founder and organizer of the Female Advisor Network, a national membership organization dedicated to empowering female financial advisors. She has a passion for helping to drive industry advancement for female financial advisors as well as all women in financial services.

As host of “The Juggle is Real,” a video series with InvestmentNews, she candidly shared the unique challenges of working parents. She lives in Raleigh, NC with her two young boys.
